La Châtaigne

Perfect! I’ve already recommended this...<br>#128578; It’s a fabulous gite, wonderfully renovated with everything you could need and hidden away in the centre of a small quiet town. The hosts are fabulous, there when you need them but otherwise you have total privacy. It’s a place you have to relax in. The town has a great midweek market, a few local restaurants and is in easy access of a swimming lake, canoeing, cycling paths, festivals etc.<br>#128577; Nothing.

Un véritable écrin en Périgord...<br>#128578; Le gîte est au calme, dans un « jardin secret » véritable petit coin de paradis : arbres, glycine, piscine chauffée (si besoin), terrasse au soleil ou ombragée au choix … On peut garer tranquillement sa voiture à l’abri. Il est situé dans un petit village et nous étions ravis d’avoir une boulangerie juste en face (d’autant que le pain et les viennoiseries y sont excellents !). Le marché le mercredi matin est au pied du gite et c’est un des plus grand de la région. L’intérieur est rénové avec ...<br>#128577; Le seul petit bémol en ce qui me concerne : j’apprécierai des volets pour l’étage pour pouvoir dormir dans l’obscurité et se protéger lors des fortes chaleurs.

Amazing experience<br>#128578; Beautiful place, both outdoors and indoors. Very relaxing garden with heated pool. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect stay for a family with young children. Restaurants and shops are walking distance.

Topweek gehad in mooi Frankrijk...<br>#128578; Prachtige Gite op het terrein van een mooi Grande Maison. Warm en mooi ingericht, veel ruimte en fijn zwembad. Superaardige gastheer en gastvrouw!
