We personally found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable, and we noticed an odor in the bedding that we did not find pleasant. We also observed some hair in the bathroom, which affected our perception of cleanliness.The staircase to the upper floor felt very narrow to us, and we were not entirely comfortable using it at night.
