La Cordee 412 Apartment - Chamonix All Year

😊: Location, views, pool and sauna etc.

There was everything we were looking for to enjoy our accomodation in full way. Perfect place where to stay if you want to be near to centre.

😊: Good and quiet location. 😢: Restricted hours (10am -8pm only) to do laundry or use facilities.

😊: Lovely clean apartment within walking distance of the centre..

Our 4th stay at Cordee and not our last. The apartment has all you need for a couple staying two weeks. Les Praz is quiet, away from the Chamonix centre clamour but close enough to walk down the river path to the shops. Easy access to trails from the door, with bus stop and train nearby if needed.

The apartment was in a really good location and the facilities were great. Swimming pool was empty each time we went in and the views were amazing! The walk to town was short and scenic by the river. The only downside for us, was it didn’t have a washing machine which would have been handy for us with 2 young children.

Combining the luxury of the hotel to the peace of mind of an apartment. Spa/fitness/pool was a super add on for the evenings after the mountains. Location was super as it was far from the center but not too far. Everything was very clean. Instructions were perfect for a smoothless checking. + Closed Garage = Warm car in the morning, no snow cleaning + Ski and boot storing area + Fast internet + All you need for the kitchen

We stayed in 412 over Christmas and New Year. The apartment was great with a well equipped kitchen, great shower and comfortable beds (inc sofa bed). Having lift passes ready and skis delivered to us in the apartment was an added bonus. We would be very happy to recommend the apartment. We had an issue with the WiFi which took several days to resolve. The pre-stay information told us that there was a washing machine in the apartment which there was not, it would have been really helpful to have been told that there was one on site. A piste map, a list of local facilities and transport options would have been ideal.
