Beware of the following: - Hidden Laundry Fees: After booking, the host demanded an extra €25 for linens, which was never disclosed in the official description - Mandatory Cleaning: The host imposed a cleaning requirement that was not part of the booking agreement. - Bed Bugs: I found bed bugs in the upper sleeping area. This is a major health hazard. -Misleading description. The "mezzanine" is only suitable for children, which was not stated in the description and th ename of the place is mezzanine - Review Blocking: The host tries to prevent guests from leaving reviews to hide these recurring issues. Conclusion: I do not recommand.

😊: Location is great Straight communication as long as you use Google translator from French Bit tricky to find but instructions provided (video) helped a lot.. 😢: You need to work out a bit to open doors to balcony but we managed. Big minus is that bedlinen is actually at extra cost outside of booking cost.,per bed... Like seriously, I am on hols and don't want to mess around my sheets or towels etc. It simply should be part of accomodation and if you need to increase cost per night to have it included then do it and it would make sense ! rather than asking me if I want duvet with my accomodation.. noo , coz we normally carry out bedlinen with us while on holiday. It's like you buy a car and sales man will ask you if you want a wheels with it as well lol.

😊: The studio is very cute and comfortable with all amenities needed. The balcony with table and chairs is very appreciated, especially as the studio is on the top floor. The residence is quiet and easy to find with parking nearby. The host is very nice. We booked on the spur of the moment for that very night, therefore we didn't have bed sheets and towels, but the host gave us the option to rent some, which we did..
