Very nice, one or two slight problems. A lot of stairs to access property, air conditioning only in one room, unable to open terrace doors to get a breeze. Manager on site very helpful kind. Kitchen had everything needed. Pool gorgeous. Thinking of returning next year.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen hier. Die Lage nur 300m vom Strand ist perfekt, der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und die Aufteilung der Villa genau richtig. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay in the house. Enjoyed the beach within walking distance, with opportunity to snorkel around the rocks. Rooms would benefit from adding ventilators as they stay warm. We opted for buying a few cheap fans as only one room has A/C.

Das Haus befindet sich an einer top Lage. Die Raumeinteilung des Hauses ist sinnvoll die nötigsten Möbeleinrichtung sind vorhanden. Es ist geeignet für eine Familie mit drei Kindern und ihren Grosseltern. Die Betten sind Bequem. Der Pool ist sehr toll. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Die elektrischen Installation funktionieren nicht alle. Das Geschirr in der Küche könnte einmal erneuert werden. Man könnte wieder mal etwas Investieren in das Haus. Insgesamt aber verbrachten wir eine schöne Zeit im Haus und können es weiter empfehlen.

Maison très bien située, terrasse très agréable et grande piscine. Accès à une jolie plage en 5’ à pied. Une seule chambre dispose de la climatisation. Il faudrait au moins ajouter des ventilateurs dans les autres chambres. Style méditerranéen qui pourrait mériter une petit rafraîchissement. Accueil agréable et facile.

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht und der fußläufige Strand ist zumindest in der Vorsaison wenig besucht. Ein sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin bestand vom Beginn der Buchung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This villa is fantastic for a large family with kids. We stayed here in June with 3 families and two small children and had a great time! The owner, Anne-Laurence stayed in contact with us from the very start of the booking process, was very quick to respond to any queries and answer any questions we had. We were warmly welcomed by Henri, who showed us around and explained everything at the villa. It’s located 5 min walk from a nice secluded beach of Sylvabelle and an easy reach by car or free local shuttle to La Croix Valmer, where we found a good grocery shop (even opened on Sunday, which is rare for rural France), a wonderful patisserie and few amazing fish restaurants. Try the Cafe Valmer, which serves the best lobster risotto in the world! The villa itself is exactly as on the pictures, with great views from the terrace and well equipped rooms and kitchen. The bonus was a barbecue and the seating area around the swimming pool, where we had dinners all the time. All rooms have good beds, ample storage and nice decor. All in all, the whole family really enjoyed the villa and we had a great holiday to remember. I would definitely return here, when we are back to south of France!
