😊: Location is great, close to the SQY Train Station and also to the SQY Commercial Center. The price / quality is good. Excellent communication with the host, very attentative.. 😢: it was ok, nothing else to add..

😊: Overall we enjoyed it. The things we added in the “didn’t like” section are things easily fixed. The instructions were clear and simple. Place as advertised for the rooms. WiFi was included (add said it wasn’t) so that was a massive benefit. Easy access, parking spot available, short walk to the train station. Overall we would consider renting it again.. 😢: The lock box wasn’t functioning. Single key provided for 4 adults staying. Main room shutter was not working. Chairs could do with soft pads under them to soften the noise. Bathrooms weren’t as clean as expected (rust/mold). Shower head worn and its adjustability broken. Toilet seat wobbly. Very dusty under the beds and no mattress protectors. These are little things very easily fixable. A deep clean would also be beneficial (back of the doors, under the beds etc) which would make this property brilliant if fixed..

😊: I like the peaceful and the view is so good.

😊: The apartment has a good overall layout — three bedrooms, a large balcony, and a private, secure parking spot. The host was also very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which we appreciated.. 😢: However, the biggest issue was the overwhelming smell in the apartment. The blankets and pillows in two of the bedrooms had such a strong and unpleasant odor that it was nearly impossible to sleep. It was honestly nauseating 🤮 and made our stay very uncomfortable. This really ruined an otherwise good apartment experience. Cleanliness — especially of bedding — needs serious improvement before this place can be recommended..
