😊: Great location with views overlooking the quayside and harbour. Comfortable bed, very good shower.. 😢: The stairs are very steep and some people would find them unmanageable..

😊: View was amazing, location & parking easy to find and obtain entry. 😢: The bedding was not inviting, but there was no sheet, itchy duvet cover.. kitchen sink and oven trays unclean. Steps up to room steep and sloping spiral so narrow. Average sleep..
