😊: The appartment ist beautiful and nicely furnished. The host was very friendly and fast in communication. The apartment is located right next to a tram stop and shopping facilities are only 1 minute away. Quite calm living area too, besides the tram :). Everything was clean and the kitchen was good equipped. We got some tea as a welcome!. 😢: The appartment can get quite cold in winter. A conditioner is available, but it´s not strong enough to make it really cosy and warm. But the beds are warm, so for everyone, who has no need of walking with a Thsirt and Shorts through the appartment, it is perfect!.

😊: Place is great, appartement is nice.. 😢: I had multiple significant problems : - no heater and hot water at arrival (everything was unplugged, appartement was freezing with only a tiny blanket to sleep). Winter time. - sink of kitchen is stuck - 2nd day I was blocked outside of the apartment. To enter the building, there is a digicode. But with cold weather, the electronics was not working. I called the agencies, they told me they can do nothing. So i stay outside until someone came out. Very unprofessional. There is a possibility to have a badge to avoid the code. But this badge do not come with the key. Next days, they told me they checked it and all was good (normal, during the day it is not that cold). Hopefully someone living there was opening to me..

😊: The location was excellent as the trams to various places we attended was right in front of the apartment. There was air conditioning in the apartment which was great as it got warm a couple days. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area.. 😢: The apartment was up a few flights of stairs and not great for anyone who has mobility issues. The apartment was not clean, the oven was filthy and there was hair in the fridge. the bedding was not great and the sofa bed box containing bedding was not very clean. Duvets felt old and musty. I can put up with a lot of things but a dirty apartment is not acceptable. We complained about another issue which I won't get into but the owner was not overly receptive to our complaint so I just dropped it !.

L'appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires, on a juste à y poser ses valises. Le logement est très propre, et la literie de qualité.
