😊: When the owners came by to explain how to open and close the door and to try restarting the electricity, they seemed like a kind and welcoming couple. The outdoor space is beautifully designed and creates a great first impression on arrival. Unfortunately, things took a turn as soon as we went inside, but that's another part of the story.. 😢: Unfortunately, we did not stay at the property and requested a full refund due to several serious issues. Despite our efforts and Booking.com's involvement, the refund was denied by the owners. After a 1,000 km drive, we expected a comfortable space for four adults as advertised. Instead, we faced: Electrical issues: The lighting was unstable due to a short circuit. The hosts, who arrived promptly, explained it was caused by humidity affecting floor lamps and said it would be safe if we kept the lights off. While they were polite and tried to help, this was neither safe nor acceptable. The system is poorly designed and unsafe. Inaccurate listing: Humidity was over 65%, with indoor temperatures near 40°C, making the space feel like a sauna and uninhabitable by modern standards. Entirely open-plan layout with no doors between sleeping, bathing, and living areas. No privacy at all. The sofa bed was not set up. Bathroom layout made sharing impossible, especially with a family member with special needs. After assessing the space, we decided it wasn’t safe or suitable and left. We continued driving through the night without rest or even a shower. The hosts refused a refund, stating “the space is what it is.” This place may suit a couple on a short stay, but it is not appropriate for four adults. The listing misrepresents its capacity and conditions. Not recommended. Stay in Tours as it’s safer, more comfortable, and better value..

Where else can you enjoy watching The Titanic while sipping wine in your jacuzzi from your room in a cave! Super easy check-in with lockbox so you can arrive anytime. What an experience! The electric sheets were a standout feature, reflecting the host's exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort. For anyone looking to step out of the ordinary and immerse themselves in a one-of-a-kind environment, this place is the perfect choice. 😢: Some of the control buttons of the jacuzzi are blocked, a guest can not press those. I.e. the temperature is fixed at 36°C (probably not to damage the ceiling with too much vapour). Not a big issue but still..
