😊: Great house with fully equipped kitchen. Clean and private.. 😢: Minimal supplies of basics (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing and laundry supplies) for a large group. Communication with the manager was challenging and may have been list in translation but restrictions were put on us around check in and out times then we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing him when we could not meet his timetables. No specific times had been set prior to our arrival but he had set times!.

😊: Everything about this property is perfect. It has all the amenities you need, is beautifully furnished to a high standard. The location is excellent - you are very close to the Aix en Provence town centre, but also in a private development in the countryside without being overlooked. I have now stayed here twice and can’t think of a better place to stay.. 😢: Nothing - it’s perfect..

😊: What a house! This place is amazing from every angle and perfect for groups of 10 people, including kids. Big BBQ, massive swimming pool (can be closed), trampoline, hamac, ping-pong table, pétanque court, baby-foot, several TVs and sound system, A/C in every room and most importantly a real cinema room! Frederic’s place is located on top of a hill in a very secure private property very close to Aix city centre (45 min walk/10 min drive). It is sparkling clean and so well equipped (even high chairs, travel cots and changing table). The kid’s room is ideally located in the house (2nd floor) far away from all the living areas (kitchen, dining room, terrasse, pool), ideal for baby’s naps. Frederic is a very kind person who is obsessed with making your stay as comfortable as possible. We can only recommend!. 😢: Absolutely nothing..

😊: Really well equipped and lots of towels provided etc. Lots of space including outdoor areas for eating..
