😊: Very beautifully renovated and spacious building. Loads of activities to do. Good location to drive around north of France. 😢: Grass could be maintained better as i would position this property as a luxurious holiday rent, but due to extreme recent weather it is ok..

😊: Fantastic location, near Arras Town and shopping centres. Our host was welcoming and very helpful. The house is incredible! Very spacious, beautifuly decorated with lots of modern appliances. The beds are so comfortable, we all slept very well. The kitchen is amazing, fully kitted out with everything you could need. There is a lovely fish shop next door selling delicious fresh trout that we cooked on bbq. We enjoyed fun afternoons playing table tennis, cooking bbq and warming ourselves around the fire pit. There is plenty of safe and secluded private parking. The only things to note are that the stairs to upper floors are very steep and the paths are gravel, so might not be suitable if mobility is an issue. Arranging a taxi if you don't speak Fench can be tricky but we found a lovely family run business who you can communicate with via WhatsApp: Sonary VTC 0652568958. I would highly recommend this stunning home. If you are looking for a breathtaking and super comfy property with wonderful hosts this is the perfect place.. 😢: Steep stairs and gravel path..
