Lovely place to stay! Beautiful place to stay, very comfortable, well hosted and only 7-8 minutes drive from the free parking for the 1st lift, up into Alpes D'huez.

week end ski excellent, seule difficulté, si vous ne voulez pas prendre la voiture, la navette de ramassage pour aller au télécabine Eau d'Olle qui monte en station ne passe que le we et les vacances scolaires. Bien se renseigner sur les horaires.

Allemond in July 2025 A lovely 2 bedroom cottage on the outskirts of the pretty alpine village of Allemond. The accommodation is spacious and clean with everything we needed for our week's stay. It is about 40 minutes walk to the cable car station which allows access to a wide range of mountain walking and restaurants. We had planned to travel wider, but found that there was more than enough to occupy us locally for a week, and this Gite was the perfect base to come back to in the evenings. There is a very steep staircase to the bedrooms which is tricky for those who need to get to the bathroom during the night!
