Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Die Kommunikation war unproblematisch. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Abendessen, von David zubereitet, hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Fun. Exceptional hospitality in bucolic...<br>#128578; Dav (David) and Tof (Christophe) were exceptional hosts. They'd asked in advance if I wanted a "table d'hote" (dinner with the hosts) and I said yes. They said it included an aperitif (and I think wine). I was given 3 choices of aperitif, plus all the wine I wanted during dinner (at no extra charge, unlike many places). The meal was superb, loaded with fresh, home-cooked regional specialties. It's near Hauterives, which has an unusual attraction that was the reason for my being in the area. Their place was reached from Vienne (Roman monuments and museum) by a circuitous route through the countryside. (If you want "bucolic", this is it).
