La Grange de Marie à St Angel - Magnifique Grange Rénovée en loft pour 1 à 6 pers

😊: Nice location and nice apartment. 😢: The people were very unfriendly. We arrived within the time frame and had contacted ahead to say our arrival time which we kept to and they said this was no problem. We are a family of two adults and four children. After arrival at 9.30pm we went to bed as we were exhausted after our long journey from England. We didn't cook we just used four cups. We then packed up to go in the morning at 8am. The host was rude and angry. She said we had left it dirty. She said we had had a party until laye which was not true as we had just gone to sleep with our kids. She complained that we had not dried and put away the four cups we had used. She complained we had not dried the water on the worktops. She said we had left shaving foam in the bathroom but no one had shaved! Worst of all, she said we had left the sheets and blankets haphazardly on the bed - this is true, but we would expect these to be cleaned between bookings so I am worried that they are not cleaning the bedding between guests leaving and arriving. She demanded a 30 euro fee for cleaning but the place was clean. I think her expectations of guests and standards of what she expects the guests to do are unrealistic. She also lied and said we had had a party and used shaving foam when we had not. All all very weird..
