La Grange du Vert Bois

😊: This is a well equipped property in a beautiful tranquil location. The pool and garden are lovely. The air con worked very well which was needed in the heat and we enjoyed using the pool table.. 😢: When we arrived there was a dead rat at the bottom of the pool, the cooker, outdoor lights and washing machine didn’t work and we couldn’t lock the sliding doors to the pool as the lock was broken. On our third day the pool was cleaned and we had a video call with the agent (several emails had got us nowhere) to identify the hidden fusebox. Gregory from Cocoonnr was very helpful and came over to try and mend the lock but was unsuccessful. We accept that animals can fall in pools and so the rat was unfortunate but perhaps the property hadn’t been checked properly before we arrived otherwise these issues would have been identified..
