😊: Finding the key was easy, and the host was very reactive by message and phone. The house and the garden are big, decoration is nice.. 😢: The circuit breaker broke every 30min, so power went off every 30min after the moment we pressed the black button as per the host's indication. Since we were out at the restaurant all evening, the house did not warm up during the evening, and we spent the night without power. This means: - We were cold during the whole duration of our stay, in every room- My parents were not able to sleep properly since their breathing machines could not work - We were not able to take a shower since there was not warm water in the morning Having power is the basis of an accomodation, and not having it significantly damaged our stay. Had we known the situation, we would have cancelled the reservation. I asked for a refund, which was declined by the host. I then ask for a partial refund, which was also declined by the host..
