😊: It is clean and comfortable studio apartment with everything you need. I was aware that the stairs were going to be steep and it wasn't a problem. I appreciated having a washing machine and one detergent capsule provided. The location I found to be good. Shops are close by and there is easy access to the old part of Vannes.. 😢: Wifi did not work. The password left in the accommodation needs to be updated. Soundproofing is definitely an issue. Heated towel rack in the bathroom doesn't work or has been turned off so you can't use it. A kettle would make boiling water easier. The combination of keys/doors/locks/handles to enter the apartment is difficult to navigate at first. There is no place to store a bike, except to leave outside and hope for the best..

😊: Very close to the city centre (about 15/20 minutes on foot), you can easily find parking spots near the loft. It is very well equipped and furnished with good taste.. 😢: The steps to go upstairs are quite steep but the ladder is functional and “cleverly designed” so it makes it easier. The place is quite small so it can be tricky to move around if you have a couple of pieces of luggage and some bags with you. I’m also not a fan of asking guests to clean the place before they leave: they don’t require a deep clean but you still have to vacuum, dust, unpack the dishwasher and strip the bed (it’s written in the policy so you know about it when you book). I would put a dishwasher tab for each day the guests are staying (we stayed for 3 days and only had 2 tabs so we had to hand wash kitchenware on the last day) because the dishwasher is a small one and if you cook at home at least once a day it’s already full. Also there’s a washing machine but no liquid so if you need to do the laundry you have to bring some with you or go buy some..
