😊: Lovely property, little gem, really clean, private parking, quiet, spacious and plenty of room. We arrived late but found it easily on SATNAV, it had private parking, a beautiful courtyard and the house itself was an unexpected find, Definitely recommend..

😊: Adapted to the size of our group, with a dinner table that fits everyone.. 😢: That place is not adapted to heatwaves. Bedrooms are immediately under the roof and get very hot. There was no working wifi, and mobile reception was very poor. After messaging the property, we were told someone would come and fix it, but no-one came. The property was overall quite dusty. The communication style was unpleasant, e.g. "C'est pas Versailles ici" is something you tell your children, not guests when you try to be hospitable..

😊: Beautiful house, very spacious, well furnished and with good taste. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway from busy city life. Only a short drive away from Auxerre..
