😊: Really nice and relaxing great design. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Nicely renovated old house in modern style, yet keeping lots of vintage elements. Very spacious common rooms like kitchen, dining room and living room.. 😢: My biggest issue was heating. The house was practically not heated by the owner despite the external tempreture being 5-12 C. Internal temperature in the house was about 17-18 C and for me this is very cold. So we had make fire in the fireplace in the living room every day. Then, we had to ventillate out some smoke, and then, one of the electrified window has become impossible to close. So I was sitting there during the whole day in the cold house and finally after 8 hours of waiting the owner arrived and fixed the window. I suggest for the owner to provide proper heating because otherwise the house is really nice. Not a big issue but I would note that one of the two sleeping rooms is really small and lacking natural light during the day..

😊: The house was very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. Any small issues we had (very minor), Emile’s Concierge was always there to resolve them - even during anti-social hours. It is a lovely well-designed house perfect for one or two couples - and within half hour/hour to the vineyards and 20 mins to Dijon..
