La maison de Fontarèches avec piscine proche d Uzès

😊: The location was exceptional for anyone attending a wedding at Château Fontarèche, only a couple of minutes away by car. The property exceeded our expectations and looked even better in person than in the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well maintained. The house felt spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful open living area, a well-equipped kitchen, secure gated parking, and a lovely pool that was perfect for cooling off after a warm day. Having a third bedroom available for luggage and equipment was also incredibly useful. Auréa was a wonderful host. She was warm, welcoming, responsive, and understanding when our travel plans were delayed. The welcome gift of rosé and fresh cherries was a lovely touch and made us feel at home straight away. Overall, we felt the property offered excellent value for money and we would happily stay again.. 😢: Nothing major, but there were a few things future guests may wish to be aware of. The property has three bedrooms but only one bathroom (with a separate toilet), which was manageable for our group of three but could feel limiting if the house were occupied at full capacity. Pool towels are charged at €5 each, which we initially misunderstood and thought was a refundable deposit. There is also a refundable €450 cash security deposit required on arrival, so it's worth planning for this in advance. We were informed that additional electricity charges may apply if usage exceeds a certain threshold, although we did not encounter any issues with this during our stay. The pillows were not particularly supportive for our preferences, but we found this to be quite common throughout our travels in France and Italy..
