😊: Atmospheric house with good sized bedrooms and very clean. En suites and fridges in all bedrooms. Great location in a historic street among the action.. 😢: It wasn't explained that one of the rooms is down at the end of the garden separate to the house or that the bedrooms are all stacked on top of each other over three floors with EXTREMELY steep and precarious staircases - not suitable for anyone with any mobility issues (including little children). The kitchen is very disappointingly stocked and what there is is random bits of old stuff. There is junk and clutter lying around everywhere (eg. Christmas decorations full of dust, old DVDs, dangling wires), and so many lamps, many of which simply don't work. Kitchen is totally dark. Lamps are hanging off the walls, many plugs don't work, cupboards are hanging off hinges, handles coming off, hot water very temperamental (running out after two showers), bin broken, plants outside parched, bird poo all over outside furniture, ice compartment broken in fridge. You can tell this house was once well loved, but it shows that no one has shown it any care or attention for a long time. We were only 6 people, but if we were 12 there is no way we would fit downstairs. It needs a good clear out of all the clutter, a lot of mending/fixing, and a restock in the kitchen. Also, FYI, it's on a busy road with a tiny pavement, so be prepared to carry your stuff as there's no where close to drop off unless you're lucky with a parking space. It would also have been nice to have had a personal touch, to be welcomed by a person or at least to have known a bit more about the house's history..
