LA MAISON DE LOUISE :

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was well situated in the community with a grocery store,patisserie,bus stop,pharmacy, restaurant within one block of the location. Easy walking distance to the Center Ville within 20 minutes or quick access by bus. The lighting for reading was not very good. Correspondence with Mary was easy and very informative.. We had a nice stay.

The house is very comfortable, well equipped and in a quiet location. There are good food shops nearby and is about 15 minutes walk to Les Halles, with a wide variety of food shops. There is a bus stop nearby so travelling around is easy.

Really enjoyed 3 nights in Tours in a lovely house, easy walk into centre, bakery and small supermarket 1 min walk. Parking on street but never a problem, parked outside front door. Accommodation was spotless, modern and had a great feel.nice outdoor terrace area.

Quiet neighborhood. There’s a shop on the corner that sells great pastries. There is street parking but we didn’t have any issues with it. There was only one time we weren’t parked right in front of the house. The terrace is nice and private. Had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room to spread out. Easy walk to downtown area with restaurants and shops.

La maison est très propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amies ! Petit bémol: il serait bien de changer le matelas de la chambre sous combles. Encore merci pour votre gentillesse !

We stayed for 6 nights with 3 young kids and it was exactly what we expected (and as listed). The apartment is very well located at a quiet corner of the town, far enough from any center city noise but close enough to the city center (15 minutes very pleasant walk) from the main attractions. The keys waited for us in the coded box and later we were met by Mary who explained a few things around the house which was helpful. All amenities within a few minutes walk including a fantastic bakery just around the corner so you can pop out in the morning and buy fresh croissant for breakfast. The place is renovated with a small but functional kitchen (if you really want an eat-in kitchen). The beds were comfi and clean with nice bed linen and towels. The kid's room had plenty of toys that our toddler loved. The only con we can mention is the parking issue on the street. It is free but scarce, Sometimes we had to search for a nearby parking for quiet a few minutes, do-able but less convenient especially if you come with luggage. Overall a very pleasant and recommended place to stay while you visit the marvelous Loire Valley.

Nous avons été accueillis par Mary qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Pascal, qui était notre contact pour la réservation, était charmant et joignable par téléphone en cas de problème (que ce soit ce soit avant, pendant ou après le séjour). Merci pour votre hospitalité! Maison de ville très sympathique et agréable. Le salon est lumineux. Les chambres et la salle de bain sont modernes. La literie est confortable. La petite terrasse est appréciable lorsqu'il y a un rayon de soleil. Quartier résidentiel, donc calme. Grand parc accessible à moins de 10 min à pied. Maison à 20 min à pied de la gare, donc trajet faisable (sauf si vous êtes très chargés!). Les commerces sont à moins de 100m et le centre historique est à 10-15 min à pied, autrement dit, cette maison est parfaite pour des touristes. Camille, Laila et Basile.
