😊: The location was good, with easy parking nearby.. 😢: The property had active black mold growing in every room, but mostly in the front bedroom above the window and on the wall behind the bedside cupboard, the whole house smelled musty and damp. There was no smoke alarm, even though it's legally required. The beds didn't have sheets on, just mattress protectors and an over cover sheet, a printed sign in the house advised they don't provide sheets for hygiene reasons. The bathroom is outside the property in a separate building at the end of the backyard, yes, you have to go outside to find the shower and wash room. The washing machine would be modern if we were still in the 1960's. The kitchen cupboard had more old dated and chipped crockery than a Sunderland car boot sale, far too much than is necessary which restricted usable storage space for anything you might need to store, the cupboard also had several bags of discarded unopened shopping left by previous occupants we assume. Cutlery was cheap, worn out manky plastic handled rubbish, probably from the 70s. Corners of rooms and the stairway were adorned with naturally produced spiders cobwebs, you could be excused for thinking it was Halloween, well in a way this was a house of horrors. We arrived that evening, awful, and without any sleep we we're gone by the morning, there was no way we were staying in such an unsafe and disgustingly unhealthy dwelling any longer than we had to, we found somewhere else to go instead..
