Great base to explore Avignon...<br>#128578; Clean, good location (<10 minutes from rail/bus station and city centre), spacious, responsive communication from Arnaud the host, helpful tourism leaflets, good rain shower, all kitchen equipment provided, modern deco<br>#128577; Like some other reviewers noted, in the flat with the mezzanine, the balustrade looks weak so probably best not to get too close. The stairs up to it are quite steep and being in an attic there is a low sloping ceiling on 1 side. None of these were a problem for us but if you are a sleepwalker, very tall, or have a weak bladder I'd recommend the other flat.

Exceptional<br>#128578; easy access, the key box though was a bit tricky and I had to call to learn that I need one key for the lowest keyhole in the door but even arriving late in Avignon I had the host directly on the phone saving that problem, due to a irritation with the keys I got the bit bigger apartment. All was well equipped for a 5 days stay, air-condition was perfect, shower pressure fine, the sleeping room was to the back so it was calm - which is a gift during the OFF-Festival, very happy I found this one ...
