Exceptional<br>#128578; The location was perfect. The views from the terrace was amazing. The host was super helpful to give us lots of relevant information about restaurants and places to visit. Overall it was a perfect stay.

not impressed. it was clean and the rooms were appointed nice enough. when i walked in the front door you immediately know you have to do a lot of steps on a steep spiral staircase... watch out for wine drinking and this guy. so nothing on the first floor. second floor is your bedroom and bath same for the third floor, so it takes you 4th floor to get to the kitchen if you want a water. the next floor has a desk that you would not use and then there is the deck another floor up so 5.5 floors to get the view. and its straight up. the views were nice. the wifi did not work they gave me a temporary system and i had two i.t. people with that could not get it to work either. i asked for a few months for 3 beach club reservations and when i got to two of the three nothing had been made at either the restaurant or beach? i asked for exact bike reservations in advance and she asked me the day before what i wanted.. i had already done it myself. the satellite system for most channels did not work.. one channel was actually on two thirds of the listed channels? i have been going for 25 years i love st trop and will return just not to this unit.
