😊: The location and the fact that my adult son and I could choose to keep to our own room / space when we wanted to but also mix in the lovely living area in the first floor. 😢: The ground floor smelled of damp - which didn’t dispel with windows open The ground floor looked and felt a bit dingy.

😊: Ideal location for shops restaurants etc. Beds were comfortable.. 😢: There was no light in the downstairs toilet which we reported to the Concierge who already knew but no one came to fix it. The shower in the bathroom downstairs was useless "you had to run around to get wet" yet the shower upstairs was really powerful..
