We had a fantastic time in this wonderful house in peaceful, rural surrounds, which is only only a 5 minute drive into the centre of town. The pool and outdoor area are fantastic for unwinding with the kids, with the added bonus of deer roaming the vineyard. Danny and Evi are fantastic hosts, with plenty of great suggestions for a pleasant stay.
The property is idyllic with stunning views both out over their own vineyard, as well as neighbouring vineyards over the lip of the infinity pool. The farmhouse is a calm retreat where Danny's design credentials shine through. He has created a sanctuary where you can't help but relax and switch off. All the family had a wonderful few weeks in Bergerac, in spite of the mixed weather and felt completely rejuvenated by the time we came to leave. Only slight downside is that there are no shops, patisseries or restaurants within walking distance and so you need to take the car whenever you want to go out.
What a great place and absolutely amazing pool! We had a really lovely stay and would definitely book again.
We have just returned from our fantastic visit to this beautiful property. The house is lovely and the grounds are stunning. My daughter especially liked the pool! Danny the host is super friendly and very helpful and accommodating. We have already book for next year.
Es war unser erster Frankreichurlaub und gleich ein Volltreffer. Das Domizil von Danny ist ein Traum und einmalig. Die Nähe zu Bergerac und die wunderbare Landschaft runden das Bild ab.
Deux semaines de bonheur dans une région et une résidence très sympa. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et super sympathique. Nous y reviendrons.
On ne pouvait espérer mieux. Le cadre est superbe et reposant. La vue est incroyable et la maison confortable. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants. Ça a été une très belle rencontre pour nous. Une seule envie : y retourner.
Gîte très agréable : bon lits, pièce à vivre claire, confortable et joliment décorée, cuisine bien équipée. Très bel endroit, très calme, superbe vue, de très beaux arbres. Piscine très chouette, bien exposée, qui bénéficie de la vue. Un grand merci à Danny et Evi pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Merci beaucoup et au plaisir de revenir !
