😊: The city center. 😢: The apartment needs refreshing or a general cleaning. The bathroom is unkempt, not clean, and it stinks. The hallway is neglected, with crumbling walls. Renovations were taking place on the floor below, making it noisy and dusty. No one cleans the hallway afterward..
😊: Comfortable, Quiet place, Nice view to the river . everything very accessible by foot in Meaux downtown (only 1 min walk for supermarket and many other shops). Car park just nearby is super 👍. 😢: Main entrance is not at best condition but it makes no impact for the stay in the end..
