La p'tite camargue

😊: - location is perfect combination if you are looking for quiet place but close enough to the town (2 km, can be reached by foot via nice path along the marshes and view on local fauna and cattle) - house clean and very well equipped, has nice outsides (front and rear) + private parking spot - communication with owners very efficient and responsive (via emails, key is collected from locker box) - outside rear terrace is covered so one can enjoy being outside even when it is raining. 😢: - backyard was clearly not cleaned for a while, with ashtray full of cigarette buds, cobwebs and dead leaves - some kitchenware were placed back dirty in the cupboards, but there is a dishwasher so we simply ran it on first day with those dirty items in it - not a big issue.

😊: The location was great and off street parking. 😢: The only thing I would have liked was a fan, it was quite hot.

😊: Location - charming house. 😢: Very dirty - even IN the cupboards where the plates etc are. Full of cob webs and spiders. Not what one expects when one leases a house from a commercial point of view..
