😊: Everything was great - I would recommend this apartment to everyone. Great location, clean space, all the essentials provided!.

😊: There was nobody present, so we couldn't enter. 😢: There was no sign to show where the location was, it did not look like a safe location. We called the owner and they didn't pick up the phone. Later they blamed us. We had to look for a new place last minute. It seems like this is either unprofessional or a scam. I would suggest everyone avoids this place..

😊: The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable, light and airy and matched the photographs so we were not disappointed, it was also very quiet and peaceful. We had clear instructions on how to access the property with the code to the lockbox. The location was very good with the main square just around the corner with access to bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the stay using Saint-Gaudens as a base to visit places in the area including Toulouse.. 😢: There was confusion over parking, it was free outside the apartment but time limited to 1 1/2 hours we had conflicting information we were told we could ignore or we needed to move. We didn't want to take the chance so unloaded in the free time period and moved the car to the free car park around the corner and reversed when we left which was no trouble and easy to do. The stair entrance to the property is a bit off putting but once inside the apartment it was fine. Nothing to do with the property but something to note we arrived on a Bank holiday therefore nothing open in Saint-Gaudens which was very off putting along with shady people wandering around the town we didn't feel safe also a lot of dog mess around the town. However this all changed the next day when everything opened..

😊: Only pictures of the apartment I liked. 😢: This is terrible place. Building is very old and interfloor ceilings are wooden. We not only heard every step of every person in building - we felt it. Sleep is impossible even if you are extremely tired. Creaks everything and loud. Apartment is dirty. Smell of mold is everywhere. Dirty bed linen. We’ve had to sleep in own clothes due to own safety. Didn’t risk to use even shower. Dirty shower stall, clump of hair on shower hose. Trash in bin already was when we’ve got in. Dirty sofa. In the kitchen was left dry croissant. No soap, no bath accessories. Dirty toilet. Cracks in ceiling Do not recommend to use this apartment. Unfortunately can add only 4 photos of this terrible things. I have a lot of them.
