😊: Super little ground floor studio apartment with a nice sunny garden terrace. Located next to the port and only 5 minutes walk from the train station the property is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. There is everything you need for an extended self catering holiday. The beaches of Sausset-les-Pins are only a few minutes walk away. The residential block does have a community swimming pool but please note you must wear Lycra swimwear, no swim shorts. We stayed during an exceptionally hot period of weather and the portable A/C unit struggled to cope. Spotlessly clean and a very friendly host. Thank you..
