😊: Centrally located in the old part of Montargis in what is like an artists loft. Charming outlook with good facilities and access to everything you need.. 😢: Friday night disco next door until 1pm, Saturday music was a bit quieter. The apartment is built above another that is boarded up and decaying with a regular strong odour..

😊: The apartment is located in the historic and picturesque centre of Montargis (see attached photos of views from kitchen window), with excellent restaurants and shops close by, easy parking in the Place de la Republique 2 just round the corner. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished, including excellent kitchen equipment and basic ingredients, a good selection of tea bags and coffee pods, and even a couple of spare toothbrushes for guests! The proprietor, Dalip - who is also a Montargis town councillor - was so helpful and generous when my wife fell seriously ill and he kindly drove us to the local hospital A&E department on Saturday evening, and insisted on coming back 4 hours later to collect us and bring us back to the apartment. We have no hesitation in strongly recommending La Perle and, especially, its generous and altruistic proprietor!.

😊: Its position and facilities and space. 😢: 36 stairs to second floor . There was NO private parking. Both shower heads leaked in all directions and shower tray overflowed.
