La Petite Bajocasse, charmante maison de bourg en centre ville de Bayeux

Our stay at La Petite Bajocasse could not have been more perfect! Location was amazing for our trip. We did DDay (self) tour and Mont St Michel, with various stops along the way each day. La Petite Bajocasse is perfectly situated within Bayeux to allow for a short walk to the center of town, with restaurants a plenty (HIGHLY recommend making reservations ahead of time). After arriving, access was easy, communication with Stephanie and Peter were seamless. House was equipped with everything necessary for a quick weekend away or a long term stay. House has such a unique French charm (exposed brick, lovely stone flooring), along with the area, you really feel at home! Can't recommend the hosts and house more!

La Petite Bajocasse is a wonderful house in a perfect location. Peter and Stephanie have made it simply the ideal foundation for whatever plans one has for Normandy and the Bayeux area. For us-- my daughter and I-- it was 2 days of D-Day tours-- which were fantastic-- and then we came back to the house and felt instantly comfortable. One night we drove a short distance to the town center to have pizza (Fred'Au) which was wonderful. Another we had stopped at the Carrefour and had some snacks. On another we would have walked to eat but the restaurant was closed. But no matter-- just hanging out at the house would have been fine too. Coffee terrific-- everything else functioned well. We can't recommend it highly enough and both Stephanie and Peter were responsive and welcoming hosts!!

We all had a wonderful time at your beautiful home in Bayeux. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed.Thank you so much for leaving us a few groceries; it was such a thoughtful gesture! It made our breakfast the next morning not only easy but also incredibly enjoyable.We had the opportunity to explore numerous spectacular areas, and every moment spent in Bayeux was truly memorable. Your home provided the perfect base for our adventures, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
