😊: Completely furnished apartment, suitable even for longer stay. Free parking in front of the appartment and close to everything you need in AY. Would defenitelly book it again.. 😢: A minor comment. The apartment might not be suitable for elderly or disabled persons because the entrance is on the ground floor and the apartment is on the first floor. However comfortable stairs are available..

😊: Location, facilities, cleanliness and host communication was top notch! We will come back!. 😢: Nothing.

😊: We thought the property was a lot nicer than the few photos had suggested. It was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the large walk in shower and appreciated the washing machine and large fridge/freezer as we were near the end of our travels in France and had lots of food to bring home! We were lucky that the new car park next door wasn’t properly up and running so we were able to park right next to the house without paying (not sure how much longer this will continue for). The bed was just a standard double so not large but was comfortable with good quality cotton bedding. The owners are very thoughtful and had provided (and labelled!) everything we needed for a short stay in Champagne. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Well situated very close to the centre of Ay.. 😢: We would have appreciated a dishwasher as we cooked the two nights we were there. The apartment is lovely but lacks “coziness”…. The decor is very clinical (white walls, black, grey and white furnishings) and the lighting is very harsh. A few table lamps would help we thought (especially in the dining area). If the weather had been better we probably would have regretted not having anywhere to sit out, but this is obvious from the property description..

Excellent 👌<br>#128578; Je recommande vivement cet hébergement ! A 2 pas de centre ville, boulangerie, supérette à proximité. Très bien équipé ( four, micro-ondes, machine à laver, grille pain, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux...) Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il vous faut!<br>#128577; Il n'y a vraiment rien à reprocher

The apartment is extremely well...<br>#128578; Cleanliness, attention to detail, space, attentive and responsive hosts. This is a very well managed apartment and much nicer than I expected. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to spend a few days in Ay.<br>#128577; It is difficult to fault anything - the parking was a small issue due to the usual parking space being under reconstruction. However the hosts were there to help us find a very close-by alternative.
