La Place de Toscane 1

😊: Good location for Disneyland Paris. With in walking distance.. 😢: We couldn’t get in for about an hour because the lock was sticky and needed extra instructions. The host was rude when we asked for help telling us “you’re just doing it wrong” and calling to say call on whattsapp. The number he gave didn’t exist. It had been over a hour of trying when we received vague instructions of push and pull while turning the key at the same time. Why anyone would think that was common knowledge and that we hadn’t tried that already is beyond me. It took quite some force to get in. When we eventually got in it was freezing cold and felt damp. There was an odd smell and we could tell the bed sheets weren’t cleaned. The whole place felt grimy. The bathroom toilet seat was broken and the shower leaked. We tried to open the shutters to let some fresh air in but they were incredibly stiff and one was completely stuck. To summarize. The host was rude and unhelpful. And the apartment was dirty. Very bad.

😊: KonuThe location was really good.The heating system was excellent. They've thought of everything you could possibly need in the room.. 😢: The lack of a double bed, as shown in the photos, was a major disappointment. The room only had a sofa bed. The pillows were truly awful. There were no towel hangers in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled because of poor ventilation..

😊: Near to the outlets and many eateries just round the corner. The manager Emanuel is very nice and accommodating person. Would return if I come back to this place..
