😊: Nothing! It should not be listed..

😊: I have spent 1 night together with my husband and dog, on our way to Provence. Good points: - The house was clean and check-in ready when we have arrived (we were there around 4pm) - ⁠There was WIFI available, albeit we needed some help to find the log in details. There is also smart tv. - ⁠Fully equipped kitchen. 😢: Negative points: - NOT SAFE for children or dogs; in the garden there is a hole in the ground very poorly covered and the garden has zero maintenance. - we have booked the property because it was dog friendly and it has air conditioning. We got there and we could not find the air conditioning unit, so we have texted the owner. We were told that the unit is installed upstairs. When asking if we can access those bedrooms, we were told that since there is only the 2 of us, for 1 night, we cannot. The doors to both bedrooms were locked and the owner claimed not to be in the area anymore to allow us access. Plus, we were told that it will get cooler in the evening and night and we also have (our own!) fan, so there is nothing to be worried about. This was on the 13th of August 2026, maximum temperature of 37 degrees, minimum temperature 18 degrees (at 5-6 am).. Needless to say, the temperature was beyond unpleasant. - can’t open the windows without being invaded by all the insects from spiders, mosquitoes, flys to wasps. - there was nothing to wipe your hands or body in the whole house. From kitchen where we didn’t have a cloth or a paper towel or 1 towel in the bathrooms.. - ⁠We were asked if we want bedsheets, and if yes, those costed 15 Euro extra - CASH. - we had this booked for our return journey but already we were asked to cancel. Maybe because we asked an invoice for those 15€?! I am more than eager to not rerun here, but need to secure another place. So yes, they ruined part of our journey! Now, I can understand the fact the people do not like to rent their properties for 1 night, as that attracts a lot of costs for them. If that is the case, you have the option to mention minimum stay. But to attract me with false advertising, take my money, ask for additional money and I end up staying in conditions far below what I have been promised and payed for, that is something I cannot accept. We will surely not stay here anymore..
