😊: THE VIEW!!! That balcony is the best. We lived out there. Excellent check in instructions made it a breeze. Parking is super easy under the building. We loved how quiet it was.. 😢: The whole apartment felt a bit tired. The floor tiles & skirts are grotty and we often saw ants. Also don’t stay hear if you are unfit. The downside of a view is the steep surroundings. 319 steps to the shops & train. Air conditioning loud and didn’t work well, needs fixing before next summer. We were bummed that the pool had closed and would have liked a heads up on the closure dates in the info..

😊: The apartment has a wonderful location. It is situated in a small, peaceful town, perfectly connected to all the attractions in the area – Monaco, Nice, Èze, and Menton, all beautiful places just 15–30 minutes from the apartment. The view from the terrace and the pool is absolutely stunning. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The host is very responsive, and we received excellent instructions regarding the apartment and parking place before our arrival. We spent a wonderful few days here and would highly recommend this place to everyone, as it is truly special..
