😊: The apartment was very comfortable and exactly like the pictures. It was our 3rd apartment in a 2 week holiday and it was by far our favourite! It was like a home away from home. Excellent facilities and included everything you'd need. We really liked the location..Annency was to busy for us and were glad we stayed in Sevrier. Excellent restaurants nearby but I would book!. 😢: Everything was great!.

Lovely location, well-equipped apartment<br>#128578; Lovely, quiet location with its own designated parking space. Spacious main room (living/dining/kitchen). Very well equipped kitchen. Strong WiFi. Boulangerie and pharmacy in easy walking distance, as is the lake beach.<br>#128577; Separate toilet to bathroom is good in principal, but had no sink for handwashing. Water was turned off when we arrived, and no English instructions on where to find the stopcock (we managed with WhatsApp help from the concierge - it's in the stairwell, not the apartment itself). No aircon and only one small fan meant it was very warm given external temperatures topped 30c.
