La Rosa

😊: We really liked the apartment La Rosa. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything we needed including an excellent washing machine, stove and gas cooktop and a large fridge.. 😢: Unfortunately, it was quite warm in the apartment during the hot weather, although the owner had installed a cooler and several standard fans which helped to cool the apartment down. Also, the plug in the kitchen sink does not seal properly, so it was difficult to do the washing up..

😊: A beautiful apartment in the centre of Epernay. Walking distance to everything - especially easy to get home after a day in Champagne boulevard! Very modern facilities with everything you need at your fingertips. Full kitchen, smart TV, lots of fans/aircon. Very large and comfortable bathroom. 2 x very cosy bedrooms with plenty of room to move around. 11/10 would stay again. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Nice design, clean, well stocked with bathroom / kitchen supplies, friendly host, central location, dogs are accepted for a reasonable 15 euro fee. Free parking outside on Sundays and public holidays.. 😢: No dishwasher, a few ants and very hot (although it was a heatwave in May!) as it’s at the top of the building. Note you need to climb up the stairs so it may not be suitable for everyone. Fans were kindly provided (one of the rooms only has a velux window and no way to open it)..

😊: Excellent apartment, very clean and big, in a center of Épernay, close to everything.. 😢: One problem is the ants, the building is old and sometimes you can see the ants on the floor..
