😊: Conditionally a living room, if the sofa remained unstretched. Proximity to the city, if there was an alternative walking route, not on a very busy main road.. 😢: According to the description and photos (who knows when they were taken) on Booking, one would expect a nice and high-quality accommodation, but it was a complete failure and disappointment. The building itself, like an apartment, everything is dilapidated, unmaintained and neglected. The "bedroom" is a small bed, squeezed between 4 walls, with only a narrow sliding door. For two people, you have to "climb" over each other. Unusable, except for two children... The toilet is a micro version, with a light without brightness, it always stinks. When you stretch out the sofa in the living room, there is no space left, you have to move coffee table, light, chairs, can't go to the "sun terrace" (in reality it is a dilapidated balcony with a dilapidated makeshift table and chairs). Location next to the main road, loud noise and desperate air. My mistake for choosing this accommodation based on the description and pictures, not the location. The kitchenette was dirty, the cabinets and coverings were sprayed. The hob stopped working while preparing breakfast. The cutlery was only basic, the knives were useless. Towels - one per person for two nights - miserable. Torn and very dirty brown cushions on the chairs. Parking - although there is a lot of space in front of the building, you are not allowed to park in front of the garages, there are only 4 parking spaces next to them, which are constantly occupied. When I wrote to the owner about the bedroom, towels and parking, he became aggressive and insulting, instead of learning from the comments and improving things. I would take away license to operate... P.S. I saved the written communication with the owner..

😊: Location is ok, good equipment of the house, parking next to the building for free. 😢: Apartment located on face to the main road, slightly noisy. The coffee table was more the obstacle than a need with a necessity to arrange the second bed in the living room. Owner urge to open some external links to read the instruction rather than copy paste the same text to the booking application chat.
