😊: The pictures and at the time of booking the property everything looked amazing, that the best thing I could say about this.. 😢: At the time of making the booking, everything went well, we reserved the property on 1st April 2026 for 2 nights stay from 2nd to 4th April 2026. Just 30 minutes before checking in, we were texting the owner and trying to get hold of him to see when we can enter the property to leave our suitcases. Turns out the property was already with other guests who were staying for those 2 nights and the owner did not even block the availability on booking.com to ensure no one else makes a booking. We lost the money paid for the holidays and we had to wait the refund up 12 business days via booking.com and on top of that we had to book an alternative hotel for these two nights, investing more money. It was horrible customer service and I hope this is a learning lesson for the owner to keep in mind availability and to not waste money and time from customers..

😊: The apartment is a great size and it was a welcome change to be able to spread out and relax after weeks of cramped hotel rooms. There is a decent sized kitchen for DIY meals. It sits just out of the busy part of the city making it nice and quiet and only a short stroll for public transport and access to the old city and Christmas markets.. 😢: The apartment has some electrical issues. During our stay the fridge and microwave weren't working, some of the heaters and lights also didn't work. The property manager has been notified so hopefully this will be fixed. The bathrooms are very dated and tired and bedrooms were only supplied with the bare essentials in terms of linen. This did dampen what should have been a great stay..

😊: Apartment was spacious and quite nice but bathrooms were in need for renovation. 😢: It was clear nobody had used the apartment for a while, the brownish water was coming out of faucets for quite a while. The shower head needs to be fixed, should not be too difficult..

😊: It's nice to have three rooms in the house. Besides, the accessories and illuminators are very nice.. 😢: There is a blood stain on a bed. The bloodstain is truly disgusting. I even took a photo of the blood stain. Also, the flush in one of the toilets was not working. We were 3 people staying in the house, only one roll of toilet paper was left. Is one roll of paper for 3 people enough for a homeowner?.
