La Suite de la Maison du Village

😊: Everything - location, interior and views. I had always looked longingly at Gassin from the valley, and it was a pleasure to stay in this quiet village at last where every house is lovely to look at. The interior space is generous, and decorated with great taste and a sense of humour. The very helpful owner has thought of everything you might need and everything is of good quality and a pleasure to use. The views from the little balcony towards the sea and the islands are stunning. We only stayed for a weekend but I could happily make myself at home there for a week.. 😢: I would come back immediately and am recommending the place to friends. There is only one caveat, which concerns guests with limited mobility - the apartment is accessed by some lovely old stairs with worn treads, and the metal stairs to the mezzanine sleeping platform are steep. Just something to take into account. If that is not an issue, don’t hesitate to book..

😊: Superb studio with upstairs room, amazing views and location and super nice host!. 😢: Shower pressure was not the highest but not a problem! Don't forget you need to place 500euros in cash as deposit.

😊: Spacious and clean, incredible view, the bed was comfortable. The village is wonderful and has cafes and restaurants 2 minutes away from the place. Parking was also easy (and free) in the village. Excellent communication with Xavier on Whatsapp.. 😢: Had to have 500 euros in cash ready for "caution" or collateral. We did receive a receipt stamped and signed however and it was given back without any quibble at the end..
