The ad says it’s quiet and spacious and gives the appearance of being one property, fact is, it is shared with a three bedroom unit next door and the owner has is office on the same side, there is zero privacy as the owner and other personnel are always coming and going even on a Sunday, if the other property is let you are virtually sharing the outside space. Place was not properly cleaned or COVID-19 compliant. Ad states it is for upto 5 people, space is small on the ground floor bedroom is not a double size, no proper wardrobe or cupboards, almost vertical ladder to get to the upper floor, certainly not safe for older people or young children to access, fairly unsafe at night as there is only one WC on the ground floor. There is only one shower room so if there are different families sharing it is a difficult arrangement. For a possible 5 people there were only two mugs non matching and different sizes, no cups! On bath towel and one hand towel for two people, you have to pay extra for linen, only one pillow each. We were left one dishwasher, one washing machine tablet and one filter coffee paper. All in all very disappointing and relatively expensive for what is provided.

Nous avons séjourné en famille à 5 dans l’Atelier de Sophie. Hôte accueillant et très réactif. Gîte très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Bien situé entre campagne (parfait pour les balades, le running..) et ville ( à 15/20 min de Tours). De nombreuses activités proches (quad, caves, bateaux sur la Loire, châteaux, zoo..) Un weekend paisible. Merci !
