La SUITE'HOME Super Bright Modern Apartment

😊: Nothing actually. 😢: 1 star – Absolutely not recommended A thoroughly disappointing experience. The apartment in Mulhouse was nowhere near what we expected. The problems start the moment you enter the building: the entrance was extremely dirty, covered in cobwebs and dust. You then have to climb an extremely steep staircase to reach the apartment, something that was neither mentioned in the listing nor shown in the photos. The apartment itself has numerous issues. The laminate flooring throughout the apartment is poorly installed, with large gaps between the panels where dust and dirt accumulate. In the kitchen, the flooring is so uneven that I actually tripped over it. The kitchen has the necessary appliances, but is missing basic equipment. There was no cutting board, which is particularly inconvenient if you plan to cook every day. There is also an oven, but no oven dish or suitable cookware that can actually be used in it. The pots and pans were heavily scratched and worn, and the knives were extremely blunt, making even basic food preparation difficult. The bathroom was another disappointment. The ventilation did not appear to work properly, and after just five minutes of showering, the bathroom became like a steam room. The shower itself also did not work properly, and the shower hose came loose from the fitting multiple times while showering. Noise is another major issue. Someone lives directly underneath the apartment, presumably the landlord. Be aware that during the weekends, very loud music is played during the day and in the evening using a powerful sound system. The bass can be heard and felt very clearly throughout the apartment, which is extremely unpleasant and makes it difficult to relax. The pictures speak for themselves, and unfortunately, they give a much better impression of the property than the reality does..

😊: Very clean, modern flat with all you need inside.
