😊: The accommodation is excellently equipped, and everything was very clean and newly furnished. The location is central, and the apartment offers every comfort you need..

😊: The kitchen was well set up and the living room was massive. 😢: It was not that clean and the location was not so great.

😊: Nothing at all was nice about this apartment.. 😢: Our first impressions of the place was not good. When we entered the building the entrance was dirty. Upon arrival into the apartment, our disappointment grew. The wifi did not work & we had no phone service. My husband had to walk 10 mins down the street to get service. Eventually he came back & troubleshooted it & got it working. The whole apartment, felt cheap. All amenities were shopped out of Ikea and nothing was homely. The apartment floor was linoleum:( A list of of what we uncovered: Location (in front of Intermarche), smelly toilet, no hand soap or shower gel, very noisy (due to busy road), my sons bed was not set-up, pictures do not represent the real feeling, no fan in the shower, no place to put the shower handle, uncomfortable pillows and cheap linen. Also, extremely overpriced for what it is..

😊: Immaculately clean throughout.. 😢: Key safe was a nightmare. Digital door lock was like nothing I’ve seen in my life. No proper shower..

😊: It is a beautiful apartment, large and very bright… but it needs attention to some basic needs to be great.. 😢: The code for the street door worked fine, but because we arrived half an hour before the agreed time we did not receive the code for the apartment door itself. We worked at it for a while, then the manager had to come to let us in. We booked with Booking.com, thinking that the payment had been done. It had not so we had to scramble to find enough cash. We ended up paying 5€ more because the manager did not have cash on hand. Getting the wifi to work was very difficult. It was good that the manager was with us. We would never have managed it without him as the wifi passwords in France are unbelievably complicated. The apartment lacked instruction for the television. As hard as we tried we could not make it work. There was no soap, no shampoo in the bathroom nor in the kitchen. We had to use the dishwasher soap!!!.
