La terrasse de Georges, appartement climatisé.

😊: The location was walking distance to the city centre and to the big Intermarché supermarket which was convenient. Free parking in the front. The bathroom was recently renovated and had a washing machine. The terrace space is a good asset but unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it because it was full of ants and other bugs and hasn’t been properly cleaned for a while. The host was very nice. We arrived late and that was not an issue for her. During our stay it was extremely hot and she gave us a second big fan to be able to cope better with the heat.. 😢: It was not clean, the cleaning was very superficial. We had clean sheets and towels and the floors seemed ok, as well as the bathroom, but the drawers in the kitchen were dirty: we had to wash the plates and cutlery before we used them, there were remains of food in the dishwasher, the lamps had a layer of dust, big windows that give to the terrace have not been cleaned in a while. On top of that the place lacks maintenance: the blind on the window that gives from the kitchen to the terrace was falling off, the railing of the curtains in the living room was broken (it was on the floor when we arrived). The parasol on the terrace was half broken as well, it was constantly tilting one way, you couldn’t have it straight. The place has no air conditioning, which we knew, but just to say that in a weather over 30 degree the second bedroom which is upstairs and has very low ceilings, is not habitable. Impossible to sleep there till at least 2 o clock in the morning..
