This is a clean, comfortable, well equipped flat in a quiet residential area. Near a well stocked Carrefour local and a baker. Secure off street parking and proximity to a tram line are major benefits. Nantes is an interesting, diverse and very walkable city. Research and follow the green line to visit and learn about places you would never otherwise have found. Great gastronomy too with a lot of small affordable restaurants with passionate and creative chefs.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der kleinen FW, die sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet war. Sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch auf der ausziehbaren Couch konnte man gut schlafen. Die Terrasse lud abends zum Sitzen ein. Die Unterkunft lag in einem ruhigen Viertel; zur Altstadt waren es 15-20 Gehminuten. Eric war ein guter Gastgeber; flexibel, als wir die Wohnung eine Stunde früher beziehen wollten und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die FW wieder buchen.

Logement où j'avais déjà séjourné. L'emplacement à proximité du tram 1, le calme et le confort (hormis peut-être le canapé) sont très appréciables pour ce genre de séjour de courte durée. Par beau temps, la terrasse doit être très agréable

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du propriétaire et la confiance accordée pour le départ . Bel appartement dans une résidence sécurisée avec parking. Proximité des transports en commun. Calme et tranquillité fort appréciés. Une belle vue sur Nantes, notamment l'Ile, depuis la terrasse. Nous conseillons !

Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get the tram or rental bikes (bicycloo). Nearby beautiful gardens and house of Jules verne. The balcony was really great. We could see the cathedral, and the smoke of the fire (18 july). Apartment very clean and spatious. Very IKEA also. Kitchen very well equipped, with also basic needs like coffee, oil, pasta, etc. We went to the beach in La Baule, Just 50 minutes by car. And we likes Nantes very much!
