😊: Beautiful area outside, nice swimming pool, but this is not the apartment facilities.. 😢: * The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. * The towels provided are dirty and not suitable for use. * The door handle in one of the bedrooms is damaged/broken. * The outside furniture (tables by the bedroom) are broken and cannot be used. * The listing mentioned a dishwasher, but there is no dishwasher available in the apartment. * The Wi-Fi is not working, which is a major inconvenience during our stay..

😊: It was plenty of space in the apartment for 6 adults. Rather new furniture. We liked the big balcony and the awning. The pool area and sport facilities was great and in good shape. The fan in bedrooms worked fine. We got great service from our host Louis!. 😢: An overview of the kitchen equipment would be appreciated..

😊: Grounds. Outlook. Good Size. Security.. 😢: Cleanliness. Lack of manuals and instructions. Lack of tea towels. Some structural tiredness. Too small a parking place - unable to use..

😊: A fantastic complex with excellent facilities (large pool, kids pool, table tennis, tennis courts, landscaped gardens) which we keep coming back to. The host of this property is very kind, caring, polite and attentive, helping with every request we made. The property is on the first floor, spacious and has a large balcony. It is a 5-7 mins to local shops and 10 mins to the beach.. 😢: For shorter stays this property is great! Before next summer I recommend the host invests in AC, or stronger fans. The property would also benefit from some extra furniture and furnishings in the bedrooms to make longer stays more comfortable. Upgrading the bathroom, and sofa bed too would be suggested..
