La terrasse des vignes

This property was a lovely country location for part of our Mother-Daughter adventure (5 women in our traveling party)! Be sure to enter the address carefully as you navigate - I was 2 letters off and it was late at night and we ended up in the wrong village! But once we found the property we were very happy with the beauty of the area and serene environment. My mother is 75 and has some mobility challenges, so we were extra careful in helping her in and out of the property as there is a fairly steep path leading to the gates you enter when you arrive. There are also a few steps to navigate in and out of the property. I particularly enjoyed walking around the village and to the neighboring village as the sun rose our first morning there. Even in November it was absolutely beautiful! You may want to stop for groceries before you arrive (especially if you are driving in late like we did). We purchased and enjoyed a bottle of the vineyard's champagne! I definitely recommend this property!

Carine was very welcoming.Despite language difficulties we were able to communicate.The gite was very clean ,extremely well equipped and met our expectations.If we were to return we would be happy to stay again.The Champagne was very good . Thanks for a most enjoyable stay Ian and Rita Scowen

Perfect place for our stopover in Champagne. Our 3 kids loved the Christmas tree which was ready on our arrival. Safe and child friendly for our 2 yr old twins and great champagne bought from the host!
