😊: We had some small issues with last cleaners but the staff fixed everything promptly for us and gave us a free clean on exit..

😊: Nothing at all. 😢: If you don't want to be forced to pay a lot of money simply for the bed sheets, AVOID THIS APARTMENT! I've never written any negative comment on booking and I hope this is also the last time! I've always used booking as I traveled to different places, but this time this really disappointed me. I booked this apartment based on its high score and later received a message from the owner that each guest needs to pay 15 euro simply for the bed sheets (the owner originally wrote 20 euro per person!) and an extra cleaning costs 40 euro. This really confused me as I've paid for the apartment and I didn't expect that I have to pay for the bed sheets extra, which is actually a lot of money. Finally it turned out to be: The owner wrote some small details (yes, you really have to read every detail in the website to find out this, which people usually don't expect!) that each person has to pay 15 euro for the bed sheet, if you missed this detail unfortunately, you are going to pay a lot of money! I contacted the owner and he refused to refund (of course he wouldn't due to the unfair conditions on booking), after that I also contacted booking to search for a solution, was also refused because booking claimed: every detail has been written in the website and why didn't read everything! Of course the owner can charge extra for bed sheets but this should be put absolutely in a more clear position rather than hide this in a small detail which cannot be noticed at all by most people, and sadly, booking didn't even realize this is issue and want to improve. I didn't move into the apartment at all even if I couldn't get refund!.

😊: Fantastic location close to beach and center of the town. Very nice terrace overlooking the town and a bit of see view on top. Nicely furnished and felt very cosy. Very good instructions to open and clear instructions what to do on departure.. 😢: Extra charge for linen (15 Euros per person) and cleaning (40 Euros) was not something I was aware prior to booking. Double bed a little too narrow (guess about 120m cm). Stair case with no lift..
